Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Attention: No deliveries to collection points or parcel lockers (DHL / Amazon)

We deliver to:

Germany (excludingHelgoland),
into the EU (Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Luxembourg, Denmark, France, Croatia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (excluding Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Czech Republic, Hungary, Belgium ) as well as to selected third countries. Additional customs duties and fees may apply.

A notice:
Overseas territories of the Netherlands and France will NOT supplied.

Shipping costs understand each other Prices include the statutory value-added tax (VAT) of the respective delivery country. These are listed during the ordering process.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, we will ship the goods within 1-3 working days. Ready for dispatch after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed prepayment, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that there are no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you.In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

Tax-relevant information:
Please note: If we are not provided with a valid VAT/USt ID number during the ordering process, the invoice will be issued with statutory VAT.
